How Intermio handles privacy

This page explains what Intermio processes, which third parties we use, how consent works for optional telemetry, and how to exercise your privacy rights under GDPR and similar laws.

Customer-facing legal information

These pages explain how Intermio handles customer data, product access, and support routing at a practical level. For formal privacy or contract requests, contact the legal inbox directly.

What the privacy page covers

Use this page for the practical overview, revisit your privacy preferences, and email admin@intermio.com for access, correction, deletion, or portability requests.

01

Account, workspace, and scheduling data

We process account credentials, workspace membership, people and position records, schedules, preferences, payroll-adjacent exports, notifications, and audit metadata needed to run the service for users you authorize. Legal basis: contract performance and legitimate interest in secure operations.

02

Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, Google shares identity data (such as email and profile identifiers) with Supabase Auth so Intermio can authenticate you. Google processes data under its own terms. We use this data only to provide login and account security. Legal basis: contract performance and your request to use Google login.

03

Email delivery (Brevo and Supabase Auth SMTP)

Verification, password reset, invitations, workspace lifecycle, and billing-access messages are sent through Brevo and/or Supabase Auth SMTP using your email address and message content required for each flow. Legal basis: contract performance and, where applicable, legitimate interest in service communication.

04

Essential error reporting

We collect minimal error and stability data to detect outages and abuse. Reports avoid names, sign-in tokens, cookies, and payroll details.

05

Consent-gated analytics and performance

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you accept the Analytics category. Vercel Analytics follows the same analytics consent. Vercel Speed Insights loads only after Performance consent. Rejecting optional categories keeps these tools off.

06

Auth flows we document

Registration, login, email verification, forgot-password, password update, and workspace join flows may process email, session tokens, and redirect parameters strictly needed for authentication.

07

Consent controls, retention, and your rights

You can accept, reject, or change optional telemetry from the footer, user menu, or this page. Choices are stored in the IntermioPrivacyConsent cookie (version 1). You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability by contacting admin@intermio.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Privacy choices

Choose whether Intermio may load optional analytics and performance telemetry

Necessary product operations and Intermio's minimal Sentry monitoring stay on. GA4, Vercel Analytics, and Vercel Speed Insights stay off until you allow them.
